By booking a session, you agree to the following:

• Sessions are observation-led and provided remotely.

• This service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and does not replace medical care.

• If you have new, severe, or unexplained symptoms, please seek medical evaluation before booking.

• A pre-assessment is performed before every session. We may decline a session if we believe this approach is not appropriate.

• Cancellation requests may be accepted only within the agreed period.

• Approved cancellations are refunded excluding transaction fees.

• Sessions are not offered again after an approved cancellation.

• Eligibility for cancellation is determined through our observation-based assessment.

• Results vary from person to person. No specific outcome can be guaranteed.
